KUALA LUMPUR: Today, Japanese clothing retailer Uniqlo admitted to selling out of men’s casual blue checkered shirts at its Malaysian outlets. Analysts believe this is due to supporters of Dr Mahathir’s pro-BN, anti-Najib stance, adopting the comfortable cotton men’s casual wear as part of a new political movement.
“This new Dr M blue check protest really speaks to me,” said a Uniqlo shopper pleased to get one of the last shirts, “I want PM Najib out, but in a way that preserves the existing corrupt Barisan Nasional crony based business and electoral system!”
“Tun is right. If you remove Najib the most rotten apple from the barrel, the remaining bad apples will lead the nation to greater heights!”
