SINGAPORE:  Health Authorities confirmed today that being healthy and avoiding diabetes involves a miserable existence of missing white rice for the rest of your life.

“Delicious fragrant white rice is as bad for you as drinking sweet soda drinks,” confirmed Singapore Health researcher, Dr Chin Tu Fatt.

“Given the link between rising blood sugar and the onset of diabetes, life can be simplified down to a choice between enjoying life by risking diabetes, or a sensible healthier one where you live many more years wishing you could eat some nasi lemak!”
