Transport Minister Warns Inbound Flying Sleigh To Respect M’sian Airspace Regulations

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia’s Transport Minister Anthony Loke has warned an approaching reindeer-powered flying sleigh that like Singaporean aircraft, it must comply with the nation’s strict airspace management regulations.

“Any gift-dispensing Yuletide flights should maintain the International Aviation recognised hight buffer over Malaysian buildings. Even sleighs must also not use an Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) which would affect buildings on its flight path,” a Transport Ministry source explained.

North Pole public relations spokesman Chippy Nutmeg publicly acknowledged the Transport Ministry’s concerns but admitted his immediate worry was how Santa would deliver presents to Malaysian houses without chimneys.

The Tapir Times would like to wish those readers celebrating a very Merry Christmas!
